Always and Kotex are good brands for pads.
Playtex is a good tampon brand, but Tampax is a joke.
P.S. - Tell your mother I said that she should be ashamed of herself for not going over this with you yet.

Tampons: Playtex Sport and Tampax Pearl are great.

Always and playtex are good but dont use tampons like that. they really arent good for you. If u use tampons u may feel dizzy, u may vomit a lot and u get a fever a lot. I learned all of that from a doctor so i know its true so just try and stick with pads

It depends. I first used pads until I was in high school and became more active in sports and switched to tampons. It's all personal preference. Try them both and see which one you like better.

the always pads are really good, i like the regulars that are thin and have wings
