I own a Shultz double wide 1993 model. I love this place. The floor plan is excellent. It is well insulated and came with double paned storm windows. It is total electric and my electric bill has never exceeded $290.00, even in the summer(and I live in TX). I have had NO problems with this house, and highly recommend the Shultz brand to anyone.
