My culture is the Hispanic (from puerto rican) culture. We commonly eat lots of foods. Some of these foods are rice (white or yellow with beans) of almost all kinds. We also eat
Pastelles which is made of plaintain grated in a grater then packed into a cakelike square mixture that has meat, olives-no pits and various other spices. Yummy good. We also cook lots of other things but it would be too lengthy to list it all here so those are some things that we like to eat and share with family member and freinds.

I dont have a website but I do have a few things that I LOVE to make one of them is Lasagna and the other is enchaladas. Both are a step above the normal I LOVE making chili in the winter time and deserts at any time. My latest creation is pretzals crumbled up gram crackers and rice crispies mixed with a carmal corn mixture when that sets up I break the mixture apart and dip them in a dark simi bitter dark chocolate. I also make home made chocolate covered cherries. My FAVORITE dessert is a black forrest cake . Hope that helps

im hispanic. i eat empanadas and lots of rice. tortillas, frijoles, arros con pollo (chicken & rice). lots of spicy food. for desert i have anything with dulce de leche on it
