Zucchini! I love it any way I can get it... steamed with a little bit of garlic butter is best, but then you can make a zucchini casserole with cut up zucchini, bacon crumbles, cheddar cheese and finely diced white onions with a diced clove of garlic. It is awesome! yum! wish I had some now! ღ♥ღ♥ღ

Taro, specifically Deep Fried Taro Balls. They rule!!!! I used to hate Taro, it is definitely an acquired taste. Taro Root is considered a tuber, which is a root vegetable.

i have SO MANY but my most favourite would be a tomato even though I know thats a fruit so I would have to say ....... egglplant or zucchini it's definitely a toss up!
