My fiance and I are trying to cc and we have of course been having unprotected sex, my menstral cycle was due on the 13th however on the 10th i have been spotting very very light off and on it stopped totally on the 17th, so it lasted 1 week. I just dont know if it was just a period or implantation bleeding but i couldnt help myself on the 22nd i got myself a 1st response hpt and it was negative i was completely Devastated but is it too early to tell ????

I am sorry to hear the test results were negative! However, i don't think that was to early since 1st response gives you results up to 5 days before your first missed period. If you are still unsure then you should take another home pregnancy test or visit your doc to be absolutely sure of the results.

They have Pregnancy tests that can tell you 5 days before your missed period I thinks ept that puts it out,but if it said negative then I mean you know.Though they have been wrong.The best thing for you to do is go to the doctor have him test you and get a gyno exam.Also not to tell you how to live your life,but why not wait to get pregnant until after you're married?I mean.. you are engaged.

Yes it was too early to take a test. Wait two weeks and take a test if you want to be sure of the answer. I'll pray that you get pregnant soon. God bless:)

Yes might be too early, but you could be. Take another test in about a week or so.

give it another week or two and try a test again me and my husband had to go to the doctor to find out those pt test was not working for me so they did blood work!! GOOD LUCK AND HOPE EVERYTHING GOES GREAT FOR U!!

sounds like you are stressing too much about it just chill out and "have fun" personally i think it was just a period but you could be but if it was your period stress could have cause it to be so light.. good luck ! and have lots of "fun"!!
