I would so ask a guy what to do if I ever need help with 'special girl problems' I don't know.. Guys just understand girls in this weird sorta' way. So yeah.....

Yeah. I'm now more convinced that boys are the best at answering girls questions! (EVEN the period questions!) (I'm not even kidding. I will spill all to any guy friend I might have that's willing to listen.)

I think what you said is sort of cute... It all depends on the guy, if he is sincere or just wants to "get in your pants"(*sigh*)... anyway I feel understanding is based on the person, but who knows you could very well be right in saying that.

It's ratio also known as a proportional relaionship. You have boys:girls as 2:3 therefore 60:girls is 2:3. Now look at how you can change 2 to 60, you can see that 60 = 2 x 30. So you need a multiple of 30. You can now time 30 to both parts of the ratio (just like fraction) to get 60:90. There are 90 girls. Look for the logic of this, don't use formula as that would be rote-learning. An easier wayto understand this (for grade 4-5) would be to construct a table with heading Boys and Girls then fill it up starting with 2 and 3 (Boys : Girls). You even tually get to 60 : 90. This is how ratio should be taught to young kids at grade 4-5.

I agree but to a certain point. I personally know that guys do understand and give me good advice because they are not as biased, judgemental, jealous or catty as some girls are. But then there are some matters that I would not even think of asking a guy for advice. I can't think of an example right now but that's the way I see this issue.
My feelings - guys are great advice givers and they can communicate at times better than, if it was a girl you were talking to. They are seeing things from an outsiders perspective and thats why it seems to work well in the advice department.

Well, I guess that is why I think that a man and a woman have a special compatibility because each can help one or the other . There is a different prespective and approach at how boys see things and girls see them and it is the combination of these different prespectives that brings a solution that can be understandable and helpful.

Actually, most males will say they don't understand females at all. Women and men tend to understand how their own gender thinks than they understand how the opposite sex thinks...that doesn't mean they cannot give each other good input and advice though.
Some people (male and female) are simply better at problem solving and advice giving than others, because they've had a lot of life experience and understand somewhat the psychology of humans.

I wouldn't necessarily agree to that. I mean I have guy friends and some of them I can talk to about things and its cool. But for other guy friends that I try and talk to, they are like why are you bringing this to me? And if they aren't that way they are always trying to fix the problem when I just need someone to listen. Sometimes its very cut throat on the level of either take the solution or don't bring it up with them. So for certain things its ok to talk to guys with and other things its ok to talk to girls about. Just have to know when is appropriate for each sex.

I have been through so much with my wife that I know more about women then she does. I don't mean that in a bad way it is just I have been through a lot with her physically and mentally with medical problems that I understand where she is coming from at times.

And some girls give some stellar advices too.

I'm a boy, I agree. Probably because we understand our kind better, so we can help a girl figure out her problems with a boy. Vice versa too.

yeah some ego men can give you the craziest beuty tips that actually work. then the gays can totally trick you out into a fashion queen. one more is the nerdy ones who know things about your body that even you didint know. oh yeah
