So for scooters that are 50cc and below you can ride it with an ordinary license, but if it's over 50cc you need a motorcycle license. But there are pocket bikes that are 110cc and can be ridden by 12 year olds. So pocket bikes that can go 55MPH can be ridden by 12 year olds without any sort of license? And also are pocket bikes street legal since they can go so fast?

Pocket bikes are not street legal, and many are black market!

If it does not have a 17 digit VIN, and it was manufactured after 06, it is not legal on or off road!

A pocket bike will never be street legal, because they do not meet (even close) to EPA and DOT requirements.

I believe you have asked this question more than once, the answers will not change, go get a moped if you need to run on the street. At least if you mod it and behave, you will get away with riding it on the street.

Pocket bikes are not street legal because they are so damn small. Even an adult on a pocket bike has his head about the same level as the headlights of a small car.
They are toys for use off-road and the faster ones are for racing on a track.

Not sure where your from but in Canada, all mopeds/scooters need a license (16years old+) to drive and pocket bikes are not DOT approved and are for off-road use only.
