Correct spelling bestiality. It is illegal as it is considered animal abuse or crimes against nature.

its not illegal in some states of USA,and in some countries. But most of the rest ofthe world its illegal or heavily frowned on.
Like the other person says its concidered cruelity.... or brave/stupid to try and mess with a horses male-nesswith out being stamped on or kicked to death!.

i think its more a moral question-
