Well, at the end of the day today I totally forgot to grab my language book which contained about 10 questions I needed to do for homework because I had forgotten about it by the end of the day. My teacher was in a bad mood this morning and if I don't have those questions done by the time I walk into her room tomorrow morning I'll probably get detention, which I really can't have. I have about 15 minutes in the morning before class, but that will only give me time to do 2 or 3. What can I do?
Edit: I only put it in P&S because I know I can get more answers than other categories, sorry to confuse anyone.

Are you sure you can't call anyone? I'm sure you could ask someone. Be brave!
But if that's the case, the only advice I could give you is if you can hopefully remember the edition and title of your textbook, you might find what you need using google. (It's incredibly hard, and takes a lot of time in some cases. Believe me, I know.)

you could go online, find the copy of the book and see if they offer a preview of the book. It might have the right page. You could go to the library, they probably have a copy of textbooks in the local schools. And if none of those work, call someone in the class even if they're not your friend. If you don't have their number, then call someone you know who knows them.
If none of that works try to get to school early.

This sounds like high school.
Unfortunately, you made a mistake that you can't solve without utilizing some horrible web of lies.
I say to just chill this time.
It's early in the year, you have plenty more opportunities to redeem yourself.
You can also try asking if you can hand it in later with some sort of late penalty.
My personal favorite is "I went to visit _______ at the hospital"

Even if you don't know anyone in your english class you can't tell me that this is the only group of students that uses that text book. Call another classmate.

You could go to school earlier than you usually would and finish it then.
you could also just tell your teacher your situation and hope for the best. Its first period, so she might be a bit more leanient. But if worse comes to worse, you get a detention. They aren't all that bad....

go back to school, ask your parents for a ride over there. Most schools are open until six. If your classroom is closed then ask a nearby teacher or a janitor to open the door for you. Make sure to ask them nicely and explain your situation.

well, you can
1. see if any of the maintenance staff is still at school. if you're really nice to them many times they'll be nice enough to let you in to get what you need.
2. arrive to school earlier to get the book.
3. find out exactly what name and edition the book is and see if your local library has the book.
