Deja vu is completely normal it's not weird at all and sometimes they do come through dreams I think it's just a part of life that we go through, nothing to concern yourself about. In my opinion I think it's pretty cool, because when you're experiencing deja vu you're in a different mind frame and all you could think about is when was I here or where do I remember this from.

Yes, I do but I also have a lot of very long intense deja vu that lasts for more than just moments.
I have deja vu at least 3 times a month.
My deja vu has lasted up to 2 hours one time.
I was sober too.

Déjà vu is the experience of feeling that one has witnessed or experienced a new situation previously.
The experience of déjà vu is usually accompanied by a compelling sense of familiarity, and also a sense of "eeriness", "strangeness", or "weirdness". The "previous" experience is most frequently attributed to a dream, although in some cases there is a firm sense that the experience "genuinely happened" in the past.
The experience of déjà vu seems to be very common; in formal studies 70% of people report having experienced it at least once.

Often I feel as though I've been somewhere before; had the same conversation; have read the same words. Now maybe I actually did at some point in my life...or, maybe it actually was deja vu.

An occasional, fleeting feeling of deja vu is normal. If it is frequent, pronounced, or long lasting, however, it is important to consider the possibility of seizure activity.

deja vu in all risk happens whilst a strategies sign is going by using a reminiscence centre whilst it wasn't meant to giving one the sensation that one has been here and finished this earlier. i think of that it is greater probable than time commute and different unique reasons.
