We think it was fairly recent and there was a narrator. It was probably a man doing it. Hes about to rob it (store or bank). Hes bad at it, doesn't really want to, probably down on his luck, and someone does just before he does. Its really gonna bother me if i dont find out what the title.

Fun With Dick and Jane is probably best match.

Dick lost his job and is forced into a life of crime ( robberies ) when all else fails. He and Jane ( wife ) make a plan for Dick to rob a bank while Jane ( wife ) waits in the car. Unfortunately, a former co-worker of his beats him to it and shows up with weapons to rob the place WHILE DICK IS IN IT!

The cops show up and arrest the co-worker and Dick gets out scoth free but is shaken up.

Or it could be Oceans Twelve. Daniel Ocean and his crew attempt to steal an art piece from a private collector worth millions of dollars. They get past the elaborate security rig by raising the mans entire house 2 feet higher only to find out someone beat them to the punch. The game is then on between the master thief and Daniel's crew to find who truly is the better theives.

I believe that beating up a blind man would be the most morally wrong thing to do cause there is no way he can defend himself at least the guy in the wheel chair can tell who is robbing him

That was in Fun with Dick and Jane, but it occurred earlier in Take the Money and Run, with Woody Allen.

are you thinking of the movie "National Treasure"--where two factions are after the Declaration of Independence because there is a treasure map on the back of it?
