It makes makes guys feel like a PIMP! If its a chick they are just being showy. At least that what I've noticed when it comes to those kinda of people. It's for those people who have bigger ego's they they should lol. If it's not that then they either just like dice or just like gambling. Hey it could be just because they think they are cute. Those are are the reasons i could think of.
