How come I see a whole lot less TOP CONTRIBUTORS ever since the NEW Y!A has come about?

Did anyone notice that? Did Y!A figure they can heighten the standards of TC in P&S since it was so easy to get? Before the new Y!A, almost everyone in P&S was TC. What happened?

I heard that Yahoo does not give those out in P&S anymore. I dont know how true that is...

P&Ss lost the ttc badge......compleatly...idk.
