I'm going to be honest, it all depends on how much you weigh.
Typically they stop growing in the late teens. But if you gain or lose weight, it will effect them.

Unfortunately you don't actually finish puberty until you are 25 years old - that's when your body biologcally becomes an adult. I thought they'd stopped growing by the time I was 18 but then I went up an entire cup size between 18 and 24 years old.

You have not stopped growing. I did most of my growing in my late teens to early twenties. Hopefully you've done the major part of your growing by now, but you are only 13. Your body is not fully mature yet. Im sorry!

Well, you kinda have to wait it out. I mean, I'd grown my breasts by the time I was 13, and I was a 34B for years and years, and when I hit 25, I suddenly went up to 34D. It's not really something you can plan.
Check what size your mom and sisters and aunts are. That might give you an indication.

You will still have developmental changes as you get older so yes, they could increase. There's no real test to tell when you have quit growing. When you gain weight, they change in size too unfortunately! Then there's that bit years later when they start wrinkling up and they become stretched saggy balloons. lol

You really don't stop growing till around 22-23 so they could get bigger but maybe not... when your boobs hurt it might be soon for your peroid to start and that is normal. also they say your boobs can hurt when your ovulating... good luck

they could be stopped at 13. common time is when puberty is over. There are always things to consider like constant weight gain and heredity. Dont worry things will all even out when the other girls catch up.

I would expect you'll be a D cup before you're done. You're just 13. You're going to continue to develop for a while. Its important you continue wearing a bra considering your age and size.
