what if...?

i think that my dad might be cheating on my mom.
hes ws writing a letter once, and it said dear like cindy XOXO really big, and evertime i came into the room, he would click it down. also he drinks a lot. and he has his own buisness, and most of his customers are females. i dont know what the letter was, mabye it was just a joke or something. he also goes on the phone alot outside when my mom isnt home. and i went out there once, and he didnt say the persons name, and he kinda shooed me away.
i really dont know what to think because i dont want this to happen, and i keep on denying it, but it just seems so real. i really dont knwo what to do, and it stays on my mind a lot. i dont want my life to change.
please someone just say something that will make me feel better.
im not sure if im reading into this too much or what.
but just someone help.
anyone have a familier story that they read too much into?

Rach, come on, accept it, life isn't happiness, and life is FULL of changes, YOU beable to handle that is more important even then your dads infedilities. I wish I could say, Rach your reading to much into it, your dad loves your mom unconditional. But in the end, reality, the truth, would still mean he would cheat. The worlds more complicated then commentment, althou it should be that simple. And marriage has lost its power WAY before you came into this world, life isn't pleasure, its pain, its war, its a fight to not just survive but to thrive, not so that you can have happiness, but to the point that you find peace. So I was 7 when the fantasy was destoried in my family, its affected me yes, but weather good or bad isn't ours to debate, the purpose is to do your best to create with what you've got. Ether this brecks you or makes you, a good frist step, confront him on it! You should never have to be silent to your concerns, so show him your concerns. Your his daughter! The truth is you mean more to him then her, he ether knows this and accepts it, or he denies it, but thats the nature of parenthood......

I dont think you have enough imformation too assume this of your dad maybe. it does sound like something is happening around you yeah, but you have to think about all this before you say anything to your mom. For one will she believe you if you do tell her? cos if she doesnt that could be a problem.. Also if you say something you have to worry about your dad an what he will say he will do anything to cover his butt here being a guy huh they can be sneaky so I feel keep your eyes open an say nothing until you have more prove an I feel if that happens you will know what to do then.. good luck
