Yes, still alive and he's been very sick for quite awhile. He
has someone else standing in for him to run the country. I
believe it's his brother. Fidel was seen in public not long ago,
and the press reported that he was looking better than he
had been. But I am sure that he made the appearance pur-
posely, so to keep the people believing that all is still well in
his country and he's still the man in charge.

I have been consumed all day by the wildfire in So Cal but I saw nothing in any of the headlines about him. It is safe to think he is still alive.

Yes and he's looking good in that jogging suit they keep showing him in. He looks like he's trying to outrun the Grim Reaper and is losing the race.

Yes, but barely. I think they dressed him, made him up and propped him on his feet. Hoping to soften rumors he is on his last legs.
