No, but sometimes I'll say to my little girl, "Look Honey! There's a penny!" ...and SHE'LL get all excited and pick it up.=)

Yes, I was taught to pick up the penny and give it to the next person beside you, so you both can have some luck.

Yes. Those pennies go in a big jar, and they get donated at the end of the year to a wonderful children's hospice. Many thanks to all the people who drop those pennies. They are helping out a great charity. :)

I sure do and usually I will do one of two things
1) Read the "In God we trust" and contemplate it.
Think about how truly blessed we (as americans) really are
as a whole and then put it in my pocket
2) say....find a penny pick it up and all day long you'll have good luck.......make a wish and then toss it over my shoulder and walk away
