Using a wine cork, just put it long ways between your teeth and gently bite for 5 minutes. After you remove it your head and neck muscles will be relaxed. Kind of cool, huh?

I quit drinking 2 years ago but I do have an old bottle of champagne that has a cork in it. Anyone want the champagne can have it just leave me the cork.I get lots of headaches.

Interesting. I get a lot of headaches. Sometime back in the seventies I had an awful headache while visiting my brother and his wife. She had me get ready for bed and then she gave me a foot massage using reflexology. She did this for about ten minutes. My headache was gone and I went to sleep faster than I ever had in my like. I got a book about reflexology, but it just doesn't work the same when I do it myself.

Hmmmm, maybe I'll give it a try. It might help to get rid of the headache from drinking that bottle of wine the night before! It makes sense though.

I am going to try this. It sounds very good. Using a tennis ball against the wall also helps your upper back muscles.

I've heard of that, but never tried it. Do you have to drink the bottle of wine first? (just kidding) lol
I like to find 'natural' ways to relieve pain/medical problems. I have several books on these and reflexology. Thanks for the tip.
