It's a B. C. Rich Warlock Bronze Series, the cheap one with volume knob only, whammy bar. If I touch the whammy bar, it gets out of tune. If I palm mute, same thing. I think it may be the tremolo bridge isn't adjusted low enough, but I'm not sure. I don't want to mess with it until I know what the problem is.
Also, I want to know if a Floyd Rose locking nut can be installed on it...

The bar & bridge aren't level.
When you hit the bar or even palm mute the
bar doesn't come back to exactly the same place
and there goes your tuning.

If you don't know how to set intonation, it is best to take it to the shop and have a complete set up done. The whammy bar will make some cheaper models go out of tune and a Floyd Rose nut will definately help. Another thing is the tuners. You can buy Planet Waves locking tuners to cure the problem if you are a heavy whammy user.
