It's not necessary, but I have shaved my arms before- I use to all the time. It's just soooo soft and smooth. I've been lazy lately though- I'm lucky if I even shave anything else (I'm almost 9 months pregnant)! haha

Shave. I used to wax, but it would grow back so fast, and I would have to let it look hairy for a while until I could get it waxed again. Shaving takes 1 minute. I also used to bleach, which is not a bad idea.

I personally shave. I think I would like to start waxing though, cause I'm getting really tired of shaving all of the time.

I'm lucky, I don't have to, but if I did, i would wax. Waxing last about 2 weeks, and when you shave and the hair grows in, you get stubbles. How funky would that feel to have your arm stubble catching on your fav fuzzy sweater...

I shave mine every once in a while. Some women have really really hairy arms and need to shave them, but my arm hair is blonde and not very noticeable... I just feel like shaving them sometimes.

Wax in the summer.....shave the rest of the time.
Very necessary unless you want to look yucky.

I shave..and YES it's necessary. One time I went without shaving for a while...and I think you stink more when you have underarm hair. It's nasty.I don't use wax...cause the one time I did use it it was an icky mess.It took FOREVER to remove the excess wax from my pits. ICK!!!!!!!!!!

I shave it (too much of a wuss to wax). I can't stand having hairy arms.
I know a lot of women who don't do it, so it's certainly optional.
