I'm sorry to say,it probably is.
How long in the relationship?
Maybe they want more than just words.

Well, what context is it? I mean if one person is saying "i love you" like a broken record, maybe the other one feels it's not genuine, so prefers to show real love in other ways. As the first poster said, actions are what you need to look out for.

You should talk to her about this....perhaps she just doesnt want to overuse such precious words. It could be nothing.
Maybe seek counseling.
Do something wild and romantic, to try and bring back the spark.
If she really no longer feels anything for you, then I'm sorry hun, its over.

If someone has stopped saying it chances are they dont feel that way anymore. Let me ask you how do you let someone know you love them...........you tell them... its the only way we know so if that person is no longer telling you then it is time to see the light my friend. You are right you dont want to be wasting your time and emotions on someone who does not feel the same way.... wouldnt it be better to just let go and find someone who does feel the same way....
Best of luck

I don't say it often, I don't want it to just be 3 little words spoken. I want it to have meaning. I won't say "I love you" just because. I have to have a very deep feeling in my heart at the moment I say it. I have said it more often, early in a relationship, but it wasn't because I didn't' love anymore.

she may feel like they are just words and there's no need to say them so often. when she says it, does it feel genuine? do actions show that she loves you? if so, i wouldn't worry.
personally, i like to hear the word fairly often. my husband says we say it too much, that the words might lose meaning, but i disagree. i don't want to hang up the phone without saying it because who knows what could happen? if there was an accident, i want to know the last thing he heard from me was "I love you."

Some people have this "hang up" about not saying it too often, because then it just seems like empty words.
I think it's good to express your love.
Either way, it doesn't mean it's over.
A good way to find out is to ask. :)

Yes it could be.. normally if you feel it you say it.
Why don't you sit her down and start talking a bit. perhaps things have changed and you have been to busy to notice.
