Since I'm single and no pets, I would empty my safe of all important docs, etc. into a suitcase. Grab the box of family photos and any others on the walls, dresser, and load everything else that was valuable/important to me. A few extra clothes and a sleeping bag. The rest is just insurance stuff and can be replaced. I guess that's why I keep all of that stuff in one place, for a quick exit. You can load a lot of stuff in 5 minutes if you hurry. Given more time, I would pack my camping gear and other comfort items.

My two dogs r top priority. I don't think you have 5 minutes to evacuate in a fire. Lets try 2.

Aside from husband and pets: purse (it contains things like credit cards and insurance info); prescription drugs; passport (very hard to replace, and I have European family); any family pictures and valuable family-related art I could manage to grab. If there is any more time, computer CPU containing hard drive.
As an aside: It is very important to have in your mind a list of what you would take in such a situation, and in what order. Too many people grab senseless things in a panic and leave what might really matter. Also, have really important documents (wills, deeds, birth certificates, immigration papers, and such) in a bank safe deposit box or a fireproof home safe.
Later Edit: Extra points to Juicy for having an emergency kit!

My mother, my 4 cats, the only picture that I have of my father, a change of clothing/blankets, my wallet/car keys, my carrier folder with all of my important papers, and food for both myself and my cats.
It may seem like a lot to get, but my mother could assist.
