We would definatly look strange without our noses, like think about it! Little kid draw faces without noses all the time, picture an actual person without a nose, just a big blank spot on thier face!

looking at Plato, Descartes, Spinoza, and Kant you would see that long ago people were already amking distinctions between the brain and the mind so you would need to first separate that biology and brain as being distinct from the mind re: subconscious or conscious most of the processes of the body and brain (biology) happen with no conscious effort at all look up the "autonomic nervous system" , or mechanisms of homeostasis, positive and negative feedback loops such as the "HPA axis", dorsolateral pre-frontal association cortex (DPAC), breathing controlled by the vagus and phrenic nerves, etc., etc., etc biology unconscious is not at all the same as subconscious biology is unconscious

I think we would look really strange without noses. Noses really define a persons face. Without them....well....it would just be weird.
