I have just boughten sims2 H&M expansion pack but I only have until family fun. Can I install H&M and then buy the glamour expansion pack and so on without uninstalling? And if it is alright, then which disc do I put in? H&M or Glamour?

Yes, you can install them out of order. Just pick which one you want to install first and once its done installing, you're ready to play it. Then just install any of the other expansion packs. There's no need to go in order since many people buy them out of order.
However, you will need to have the first CD of the last expansion pack that you installed in order to play. So if you have University, glamour and Nightlife installed and glamour was the last one you installed, you'll need to have the Glamour CD #1 in to play. Happy Simming!
