Good question. It kinda feels like i should say Russell Simmons. now i wouldn't say "best" cos all of them have done pretty damn good in the Hip-Hop industry and are all extremely successful. but i gotta go with Jay-Z because he easily one of the greatest rappers of all time. But i think Diddy is the coolest

Jay z bc he has his hands in so many different types of money making pots and can still rap unlike diddy.
