I have two bearded dragons; one is SUPER FAT the other is SUPER SKINNY;
Torch (Skinny One) Will eat about 15-25 crickets per meal (2 meals a day) but my other one ,Tiki(obviously fat one),will eat around 60 per meal... There both not even 8 months old yet.. Give me advice =)!

I had the same problem. What you might want to do is feed them in a separate area. This way both of them get the same amount Also you may want to decrease the feedings of Tiki. For Torch, try giving him some some Wax worms. They are high in fat, and put weight on Beardies quickly, but make sure to feed him crickets to, because it is bad to feed them only wax worms as they are high in fat. Also be sure to give them VEGGIES!

Hope this helped =)

Try some Electrodyze formula by Exo Terra it increases appetite and strengthens reptiles like torch, you would just have to add some to your B.Ds bath water and let them drink in it(while the water is clean).Or spray the crickets w/electrolytes directly. I've used it and it works great!

Are they being housed together? This is NOT recommended for beardies, as one will usually dominate the other, causing severe stress and illness. Be sure to house them separately. Also, have they been checked by a reptile vet for parasites? Many beardies are loaded with parasites, and Torch may be sickly from those.

perhaps a piece of cardboard inserted into the tank until feeding is over would help.
