Can u wear a tampon in the shower or should u just take it out then put one in after u get out?

You can wear one, just make sure when you wash yourself, you don;t yank on the string.

take it out when u go to take a shower, and after the shower put in a new one

You can wear a tampon in the shower but you should change your tampon at least every six to eight hours

i would recommend take it out.. just so you can clean that area ... and just put a new one in once your out of the shower...
but you can wear one while your in the shower....

Wear one in the shower so the blood doesn't run down your legs.
