I have a 2003 BMW 325i and everytime I get a maintenance done, the time goes blank and I have no idea how to reset it. There are different types of buttons on the steering wheel and different types of functions but none of them seem to actually fix the problem. The time on the actual head unit is blank and also on the speedometer. Another problem is my temp reads in celcius. Any thoughts?

There are two knobs on your instrument panel. I forget which one but you turn one of them to adjust the clock and push it for military time. I think it was the left one. The other one you push to reset your trip counter. I believe if you switch over to the temperature display and push on the clock adjust knob, it will change it to Fahrenheit.

Log onto the owner's circle on the BMW site to download the manual.

Hit your "BC" left stalk button until your time is displayed on your dash display (right at the line below your odometer). It should rotate like... time - temperature - mpg - range - ave speed - (and back to) time....etc.

Then, turn the right push-button on the dash and hold... the clock will fast-forward/reverse.

If you pushed that button instead of turning, you will be able to change 12hr/24hr settings. But remember, all these must be done with your time appearing in the central dash display.
