I guess you mean initial and end points. So, v is the vector with coordinates (6 - (-5), 3 -1) = (11, 2). Hence,

v = 11i + 2j

vextor V = (6 +5)i + (3 - 1)j

V = 11i + 2j

since V= P2-P1
V= (6i+3j)-(-5i+j)
v= 11i+2j
