gosh, seems like everyone is missing this. Germany broke peaceful relations with Russia by invading Ukraine. it's all about the oil. Germany really needed this oil after taking Europe and rearming a few times. all the factories churning out tanks and and such.
or did you mean how Cheney's turned shrub into a virtual dictator? or Hillary. same club. who does Bubba Clinton hang out with all the time? Daddy Bush. hell the Bush family will probably vote for Hillary. they don't want that mafia mayor in the white house.

Yes, I thought that Pelosi was wearing Hugo Boss. It's true isn't it?We went from far right to far left in one election. NAZI is on the far left not on the right. I wonder when the indoctrination of our children will begin. Or has it? I'd move to Canada, but they are far worse. They have a Governor general that can dismiss all or any elected people.Hiel!

On the surface, yes, but I tend to think of us as being in the 1925-1932 period. To support your hypothesis, we see that elections may have been tampered with, that Bush has ascended to power and ignored the rule of law. He and his minions such as Alberto Gonzales have made a mockery of the constitution. Anyone accused of being an enemy of the state is not afforded basic constitutional protections.
We will see which view is correct when the 2008 election results are in. If Ron Paul or a Democrat wins the White House we can rest a little easier. If Guiliani or Fred Thompson win, we can be skeptical. If elections are suspended and martial law declared, in effect leaving Bush in office past his constitutional term limit, we will know it is time to rise up and fight lest we bear the national guilt that has plagued the Germans since WW II.
All that said, I hate direct comparisons to Hitler. Even with striking similarities, making this comparison is not likely to make it easy for people to see the dangers of our current administration. I don't think Bush is as dangerous as Hitler but that does not make him innocuous.

Yes... the Nazi camps only had 2" gas lines feeding their camps. The FEMA camps have between 3" & 8" natural gas lines supporting whatever it is they intend to cook.

No! We haven't murdered 6 million Jews; we haven't murder 2 million gypsies and other, "undesirables," as Hitler did. True we were late in realizing this. We haven't even come close to the repression of Hitler's Nazi rein. We aren"t perfect but we aren't to that point yet.

Hitler's aggressive invasion of Poland and a small region of France, his goal to take over the world, creating hatred and division among his citizens with inflamatory rhetoric and lies . . . Hmm. Sound familiar?

A self full-filling observation to try and add validity to an opinion.
Similarities can be found among any two entities if one starts with a conclusion - rather than really examine the facts and end with a conclusion.
