You will never make it through physical chemistry without knowledge of multivariate calculus.

None. Only taking Calclulus 1 won't work, that is the minimum math requirement for a business degree.

None ! If you can't pass the math, then you don't deserve a BA in CHEMISTRY. Maybe you should switch majors ?
