three days ago I started to get the exact same symptoms of a urinary tract infection. it was real bad then went away. the next day it came back and hasn't gotten any better or any worse. after urinating this huge pain hits you in the lower bladder area. thats the only symptom and then it dissapears. I'v had UTI's before but not like this. this is just different. could it be a UTI if its not getting any better or worse.

Yes, this still could be related to a urinary tract infection but I would recommend seeing your doctor to have this evaluated further to see if a kidney infection could be playing in to this or even a condition called Interstitial Cystitis. One of the most common symptoms of Interstitial Cystitis is that of frequent urinary tract infections.
