Ive just bought a new Amp its a Spider III and it has several settings and dials on it.?

Is there any website or anything that will tell me how to set this up to play certain types of music? In particular Im playing the clash at the moment, the settings I have are CLean, Crunch, Metal, Insane then the usual Bass, Trebel etc
