When I am with a Lady, and have personal attachment, and at times that doesn't have to be. I always hold their hand, I also open doors and help with chairs and clothing, when or if needed, lol

I love the feeling of holding someones hand in mine, while walking driving sitting talking if you cant hold hands you cant communicate effectivitly
