I've never heard of it but of course its ok. Colors are emotions. You can use colors to describe almost anything. Unique way of thinking...i like it.

It must not be all that difficult because apparently you succeed to express yourself in spite of the difference you percieve between you and others. Look for peer support and information from positive sources that support you and will help you develope this skill into something more than just a passing illness or fad that others think you will grow out of. And if you still feel others aren't percieving you then how about trying to learn how they percieve and communicate to them at that level. I percieve the same through vibrations (no color) but I find the vibration at the level where others are so as to not go flying right over their heads. I mean, it is them who I wish to communicate to so I must meet them at their level... Perhaps you too experience somewhat of the same thing... Good Luck.

Visualizing in colors is fine, you aren't the only one who does. What Is unsettling is your apparent difficulty withtranslating thought to words succinctly. You obviously aren't TOTALLY incapable, you posted the quiestion here. Perhaps simply working on verbal expression will enhance your verbal capabilities.

Don't we all? That's what makes us colorful people!! I don't think in black and white (unless I'm watching an old movie on TCM). You're fine :)

I've never heard of that. I know that autistics think in images/pictures so I guess you're not too far from that...
