Ann Arbor was an interesting place in the 70's and 80's but since then it has become a greed obsessed arrogant hole. Smoking nazi clones who live to ***** about other people enjoying their lives even though in the medical research is not one single case of second hand smoke related health issues, but they will not let that stop them. The apartment communities are largely old and falling apart but the rent goes up every year and the intent is to move more snobs into town. I am happy for that because I want to watch the eventual outcome from a comfortable distance. The way people complain when a store sells out for the day on a product hey want to eat I will love to see shortages affect this town, they will eat each other. I am in the process of moving out of this hole and finding a place where the people are not so special and self important. I have lived in several other places in ly life and this is the worst by far. As for the much adored U of M I worked there and I can tell you from experience it is not exceptional except for the amount of ignorance and arrogance which go well together here. Yes Ann Arbor sucks.

dental school is the best choice like several people have said. They do top work, parking can get to be hard, go early. There is several parking garages around the area set up for the school. While there visit some of the places and take in the school. The Natural history building is great! I miss Ann Abor !

First of all...you DO NOT want to get cheap braces. My mom has been a dental assistant for about 25 years now and I was one myself for about a year. I grew up hearing horror stories about people who tried to get discount braces and it ended up costing more money in the long run because it screwed up their teeth so bad. You pay what you get for....you pay a dentist cheaply....hes not going to be too concerned about doing a nice job on your teeth!

Try the dental school at the University of Michigan. They do orthodontics for cheap. It's cheaper because it's the students that are doing it but don't worry they are graduate students who are continuing their education to go into a specialty.

she has a few options:
-contact the local DHS office and apply for public assistance for dental coverage
-contact mobile dentist to see if they will be in your area, they may be able to advise of some resources
-go to the washtenaw county website and look for medical assistance. dental benenfit information should be there
-go to the ann arbor website and look for medical assistance. dental benenfit information should be there

i hope this helps
