If the person was lifting something or using pressure to get up, it might have been an accident. Maybe he was too embarrased to say something i.e. excuse me, sorry.. So on. Just get over it, and move on. But it they like starting chuckling or giggling about it, then I would have made a comment (keeping my ethics in mind). Now the whole scrotum thing, if everyone was looking at it, and laughing, I would have felt bad for the guy. Probably would have pulled him on the side and told him. Instead of embarrasing him.

kicked him square in the nuts. Thats about as rude as passing gas in someones face. It would have taught him a lesson too.
from then on whenever he went to let loose he would remember that pain.

Why were you looking at that sh.it? Your face must have been super close to his a.s.shole for him to fart in your face like that, why was your face so close to his exhaust pipe? What were you doing looking up there?
BTW make sure you wash your face well with a bleach solution to remove whatever he sprayed out his anus onto your visage.
