does this sound impressive, O.K, or unacceptable?

and does this sound Ivy League to you, or not??

A 3.5 GPA is subpar for Ivies but special circumstances such as an upward trend or a very competitive school may help you.... you should aim for a top 5% or under class rank

community service sounds great.... your other extracurriculars are not particularly special

You should aim for 2100+ on the SATs and 700s on 2 or more SAT subject tests. The higher the better obviously. By the way, It's not true that SATs are the deciding factor. Princeton turned down half of its perfect scorer applicants last year.

Right now, you are a bit underwhelming when it comes to elite college admissions, I'd say Ivies are a reach.

You can get into a good school.

The Ivy league is a bit of a stretch. You would need a 3.8 unweighted GPA, 4.0+ weighted GPA (due to taking lots of AP and Honors classes), a 2200+ on your SATs and a killer admissions essay.

its not ivy league yet, but you can get it there.
But its plenty good enough to get into college.
Truthfully, SAT scores are where its at. Even Princeton would take you now if you had awesome SAT scores, so just study hardcore for that, and you'll be golden.
