But was the Rock ever actually promoted as a Samoan wrestler???
I think I would have to go with Samoa Joe on this one, if only because he is the only Samoan wrestling where they don't make him out to be either an idiot or a fat slob.

I only have a limited scope on this being 17 but i would say Youmanga, there have probably be plenty better like afa and sika but i can't judge because i haven't seen them, Joe is a damn close second, and if you were on about half Samoan half Black Canadian then The Rock would take the prize, so in conclusion Youmanga (i have to say that instead of Umaga being British see...)
however if being from Fiji means you're Samoan, like half of these answerers belive, my answer has to be changed to this dude, i mean he's Super, he's Fly, he is SUPERFLY JIMMY SNUKA

yeah The Rock, although most samoan wrestlers are somewhat related to him. Believe it or not, umaga is pretty entertaining aswell.
