Ric Flairs NWA title without a doubt. Hogan held the title longer than anyone in the WWF because his super face gimmick and backroom politics buried all potential challengers and legitimate competition. The fans wanted red and yellow so Vince fed then Hogans gimmick until they bled hulkamania dry. Ric Flair, while maintaining an entertainment Value, took on the best the NWA had to offer and triumphed in the face of real adversity without having to live up to an over hyped gimmick. The NWA title run want dictated by the whim of fans. It earned their respect
