well it appear that if you look at the 6 circles going from left to right in a row, or top to bottom in a column, then...
if a circle is different in the first two images, then it is missing in the third
if a circle is white in both of the first two images, then it is white in the third
if a circle is black in both of the first two images, then it is black in the third
since we cannot determine the rule of how to handle a missing circle (it could be treated as always matching, or always opposite, or something else) we can't be sure of the final image. But i would tend to treat a missing circle as always opposite, so none of the circles are matches in the bottom row, or right column. I would say the final image is just the empty house shape.
Or maybe you can look at the diagonal and apply the same rule, in which case the final image has a black circle on top, and white on the left-middle, left-lower, and center position.
