Billy Davies isn't doing too good, but he has the excuse of coming up from the championship and not getting much money to spend.....Martin Jol has bought darren bent and not even he can salvage anything for tottenham, it's a shame because it could ruin his career as a player and end Jols reign at tottenham, even though he has had a good 2 years, pushing for the top 4 both seasons. But I do think the worst manager at the moment is Rafa Benitez, on saturday he did make a stupid decision with bringing off gerrard, which he did make a lot of enemies as a result of, he lost tonight to turkish side besiktas with a rather below par performance away from home, and his rotation system sometimes comes off worse for him. The other managers are keeping themselves to themselves and doing a adequate job at their clubs.

Yeah, is it the man who misses a point blank target or the man that shoots himself in the foot. Why spend so much when you will not use them effectively. I don't understand this. If I had quality on the field they got injured or tired and we lost people may understand and accept this. On the other hand if I had them decorating the bench and lost crucial matches this becomes unacceptable. It speaks of sheer incompetence. What Rafa should realise is that all teams experience injuries and exhaustion down the line and when you play well you feature in the latter stages of various competitions. So he might preserve these players, get knocked out of competition and then who has the last laugh.

Even though teams like Liverpool, Tottenham and Derby arnt playing well you can not say they have bad manages. They are just having a rough time.
I think Gareth Southgate is a bad manager. But this is only his second year I think he will turn into a great manager. But its Roy Keanes second year as well and hes got a harder job and hes doing beter.
There was a manager called Brian Little. He played for Aston Villa and went for the job there. He was a terrible manager.

Hes the only one that springs to mind when you take into account of his spending!. No one else has done anything like that, not even Steve Bruce who came up with a decent budget to spend. People like Murinho, who has wasted £200 million before stomping off because he cant spend anymore! is favourite. But for the Dodos, who say managers who have not even been appointed, may has well become extinct themselves. They maybe right, but reading about legends is another mans choice!.

Jol's a good manager i think...i blame circumstances with him.
Benitez isnt a great manager in my opinion, rotates way too much, takes players out of games with the excuse that they had too much "heart" in it, as though its a bad thing, hypocritical about decision, god awful beard.....the list goes on. But he aint the worst.
If only sammy lee was still at bolton this question would be well easy!!! Probably billy davies at derby, i know the odds are stacked up against them but Coppell had a team last season that on paper probably looked worse than Derby's one now yet he done wonders with them. From better teams its probably southgate.....i know boro keep losing, but why the long face!!!

Grant. I think Chelsea are being kept alive by previous coaching and their own skill. Leaks from the dressing room indicate the players think his training methods and tactical decisions aren't quality.
