It usto to happen more when i live din this one house but happens very few times now. I thought it possibly was a ghost..spirit. just messing with me.

Well somtimes when I am sleeping I have a very Lucid type dream..well kind of dream. I am awake and in my bed and it feels so real..what happens is I CANT MOVE I am parolized and someone (cant see them) starts to move my arms aorund uncontrollably and then (cant really explain it too well) but I start to have breathing problems and I start to go into some kind of warp stage where im being pulled rapidly...and I can not really breath well at all and it is so horrible that in order for me to wake up I literally have to pop my jaw and shake it over and over again in order to wake up. its the weirdest thing...while all that there is massive pressure in my chest. and sometimes i see scary people. in order for me not to have that expirence over and over again I have to get up walk around have a dirnk of juice and then go back to sleep

I remember from a psych class many years ago there is a term for being paralyzed when you wake up.can't think of it though. Actually your experience sounds very paranormal! Too bad you don't live there anymore cuz you could have had ghost hunters (TAPS) check it out. Maybe you should contact the people that live there now & see if they had any weird experiences.

If it is a recurring dream then it is likely a subconscious interpretation of a fear. No, you will not turn into a serial killer. Dreams work out situations to process information obtained during the day. As a result, they can be quite irrational. Dreams like this could be linked to a crime in your town, death of a person you know, even falling asleep during CSI. Your dreams are not weird, but If the problem persists you may want to visit a psychologist

Had it many times, it stopped when I started calling upon the name of Jesus to help me, it took awhile but by calling upon help from the Lord the evil spirit will finally have to leave you alone, once you show your dependence upon God, the evil spirit knows when he messes with you that Jesus will send his angels to defend you, I have actually seen them defend me, finally the evil spirits will give up as long as you trust in Jesus. Believe me I know what you mean, there were times when it felt like I was being choked and could barely cry out God help me, after many episodes they knew that I would cry out to God and now they leave me alone.
