well.. are they in a outside pond or in a tank? if there in a pond, and it is not heated they wont need to eat much of anything their body will (for no better term) shut down. If there in a aquarium inside then i would just continue feeding them what you already are.
Hope that helps

If the water temperature is below 50oF, none. Fish don't eat when the water is too cool since they need warmth to digest the food properly.
If it's between 55 and 50, feed mostly grain-based foods - they can digest these more easily than protein, although they still may not eat as much. Once the water temperature is above 55o, you can feed normally.

Stop feeding standard food at 10C water temp and feed a wheatgerm based food until the temp drops to 5C at which time stop all feeding until the spring.

My dad and myself are very experienced with fish, especially koi i keep them in my aquarium and we have them outside in the pond.
In the winter they eat hardly anything but if you have them in an aquarium keep feeding them as if you normally would because there metabalism stays fast and efficient.
Good luck.
