I would say that depends on the social situation. If it's a passing comment, or a friendly conversation, then yes he probably means it. If he's trying to get you into the sack, all bets are off!
Also he may be just a player or a glib guy who tells all women they are georgeous. You'll have to listen in to his conversations to determine that.

Depends on the guy. If the guy seems like a sweet guy yea, if he seems like the player type, he probably tells every chick he meets that.
