Sure am. I used a handy guide provided by my local Health District after the attack on America. I've got a week's worth of non-perishable food, water, a first aid kit, a battery-operated radio and 3/4 of a tank of gas. It is stored in two large plastic storage bins with closeable tops that fit into the trunk of the car.

Probably not because so far, thank God, I live in an area that has not had any tornadoes, hurricaines, wild fires, bugs, mudslides, earthquakes, floods, etc. We did have a freaky Oct storm last year that dumped a lot of snow on us and did a lot of damage to trees, power lines, etc. but we all survived that without having to evacuate.
I should put together something to grab in an emergency. Thanks - I'll do that this week-end. Let's see, probably clothes, a copy of important papers, toiletries, money. I'd better make a better list.
