Yes, Peyton Manning will be elected to the Pro Football hall of fame, 5 years after he retires. He's already accomplished enough in the NFL to be a hall of famer.

Easy answer, yes. If he had to retire tomorrow, he would be in the Hall after the mandatory five year wait on the first ballot. His future statistics and possible championships will just be gravy.

Yes. He's a good QB and all, but he takes forever to call plays. Last season he got the most delay-of-game calls (for changing the play at the line of scrimage)
