I like the name Isaiah, but I'm not fond of the alternative spelling Izayah. I find that when a traditional name is taken and turned into a spell-like-it-sounds name, it loses all the class and appeal that it once had. The added "y" also feminizes the name a bit. The name may have been in a baby name book, but it doesn't necessarily make it a wise choice.
If you want something a little different from the traditional Isaiah, there's the variant form Isaias (eye ZAY as) which is an equally nice name. :-)
Alexavier (to me) is odd looking and sounding. I would choose one or the other, Alexander or Xavier. Isaiah Alexander flows very well.
Good luck.

Sounds pretty.. but it also sounds like it will be hard once poor little Izayah Alexavier starts kindergarten.. thats a lot for a little person to write out.. remember you may get to pick the name but she/he has to live with it forever..

Using creaitve spellings is setting your son up for a lifetime of correcting people.
Alexavier is, I don't like it. It sounds like you wanted to be creative but couldn't quite get there on your own so you mashed two names together and called it good.

Since you have asked, I don't care for it. Like a lot of the others, though, I think Isaiah Alexander is nice. For one thing, the sounds of Isaiah (whatever the spelling) and Xavier are too close to one another for a first & middle name combo.

Izayah is too hard to figure out, everyone will mess it up. Figure out a way to spell it easier.
I like Alexavier, though.

Izayah? WTF? Oh, you mean Isaiah! Alexavier is pretty awful. I think making a name up is harmful to the child. Choose either Alexander or Xavier. You're not a DJ, don't mash the name, you're going to be a mom - act like one.

Spelling is horrible!!!!!!! but Isaiah Alexander is stunning!
Keep it simple people tend to take correct spellings and grammer more seriously and when he's in school the other parents and teachers won't snicker at the spelling

Isaiah is a cool name, but the middle name is just too much. it's a mouthfull, and will take him forever to learn how to spell it! How about Isaiah Xaviar or Isaiah Alex.....it's hard for me to like the spell change since it's a Bible name. but hey, it's your kid and your right....good luck. Congrats and God bless.

Um, well, I can't pronounce the first of it. Creativity is good, just make sure it aint something too creative that the kid will get teased for. I'm a middle schooler & we can be harsh, TRUST ME! The kid does have to live with it....but maybe ya'll could just call the kid "Izzy" as a nickname? then it would be cute!
