i'm thin but i have some extra fat on my stomach that makes me so unshapely. ugh. without buying anything(need to do it now), how can i make myself look thinner? how can i make my stomach look flat & wear a tight shirt?

crunches will instantly make your tummy look flatter because your muscles will be tight but it won't last long. Other than that, have you ever worn Spanx? might help

The trick? DON'T wear a tight shirt, and exercise. There is no instant way to get a flatter tummy, it takes some work!

The easiest way to get an effective workout on your tummy if you're too lazy to do anything else, is to buy an exercise ball and do crunches on those at least 3-4 days a week. You'll see results faster than if you did crunches on the floor. Make sure you eliminate soda and most junk food from your diet, and drink loads of water.

In the meantime, avoid buying tight shirts. Buy shirts that are tighter on the bust or cinched in the waist, and a little looser in the tummy area. It hides any tummy fat and makes you look slimmer by accentuating your smaller areas.

There is no way to look instantly thinner, but here are some ideas:

(1) Corset
(2) High-waisted jeans/pants
(3) Suck it in
(4) Tight pantyhose
(5) Bind your tummy up with an Ace bandage

Otherwise, you'll need to just do crunches everyday to tone your abs. Please do not do things like avoiding carbs or not eating. That can be dangerous. You should def eat more fruits and veggies and avoid too many sweets/fats. A little fat is good though.

i know you dont want to buy anything, but you can get some really cheap tummy flattening things from the market and shops that are flesh coloured and sit on your waist- they just tuck you in.
They are NOT just for fat people, dancers wear them, esp. underneath costumes to accentuate the thin-ness and keep them in precise.

Inbetween time, you will have to look at your diet miss. Avoid fatty foods or those that are going to make you look or feel bloated.
Eat only small amounts of rice and bread, as these are foods that can bloat up your stomach. If drinking water, again- too much can bloat up even a tiny persons stomach.

Relating to what you can wear... hmm.. yes. Black definately, or try one of those thick waist belts- in fashion and accentuates you so tummy looks thinner. And it goes with a shirt!

My best suggestion is to wear a snug camisole underneath the shirt. You can get a stretchy one with a bra insert for under 10 dollars at walmart. They're a good staple to have to smooth things out under nice tops. If you don't already have one, try wearing a regular tank top under the shirt. Try to elongate your torso by layering the tank top or shirt with a longer shirt underneath. Remember, it's important not to dress in sizes too small, because it can actually be more counterproductive then helpful, it can add pounds to your already cushy tummy. Also - don't worry about it so much - people don't notice what you don't bring notice to. Failing all of those things - I remember my sister wearing really high panty hose so that the top of them would shape her belly. I was effective - but not very flattering if you get caught wearing them some how ;)

You are already thin, what's your problem? You are a woman you should have a little roundness on your abdomen. A shirt should be tight around the arms/bust area not the stomach. Who are you trying to please by looking thinner? I struggle to keep weight on, I would love to be more womanly, have some love handles lol, men prefer women with a bit of flesh, this obsession with being skinny is media produced. Stop being so self obsessed and live your one and only life. If you were told you had 6mnths to live would you care about your shirt? I thought not. Go... Enjoy x

Avoid a lot of salt and carbs. Also, some crunches and leg lifts might help your abs become more developed. Stand up straight too, good posture will make your stomach look tighter and smaller. Don't suck it in though, it's obvious when someone is sucking in.

Are you stupid? There is no way to instantly get a flat stomach. Otherwise, everybody would do it. You need to work out, that is the only way, and it will take a lot of time.

Get a wide belt, breathe in and pull it tight - works every time but you may black out

if you sit up straight its a proven fact that you look 5 lbs lighter
