When something upsets me like someone being angry or sad with me, public speaking a little (I have a secret weapon for that I just imagine everyone is naked then I am fine with speaking) This is a real tip for public speakers from toast masters I used to belong to that for quiet awhile.. and it really works... I am fine now because I have a steady person who I can count on and she is the inquisitor who is that person its a HER and sweet caring lovable person whom I want to be in my life forever and EVER and adore so much everything about HER

When I'm taking a really hard test and knowing that I need to get an A or I won't get a scholarship and I won't be able to go to college. That makes me VERY nervous.

omg my dancing exams get me sooo nervous - this is how nervous, i know my dance routine off by heart back wards inside out everything before the exam, then just before i go in i start to shake and tremble and i forget the dance and my dancing teacher has to kind of drag me round and then i end up just scraping pass :( its awful becasue i know i can do better than that but i get so nervous when people are watching me dance, i really dont like it!

Not knowing certain things makes me nervous. I'm not a big fan of surprises.

I don't like talking to people, it makes me slightly nervous to even have friends.... because I'm not like any of them.

Wondering what evil surprise my wife is cooking up to get me to toe the mark !! Each day brings another surprise. Another twist in her on-going bid to control my every move, even my thoughts. That makes me real nrevous , because I went through all this in my first marriage & this time it's NOT going to work !

public speaking for one thing, being outside on a hot day (sounds silly I know but I was stung by a bees nest once and i have never forgotten). It was when I was like 12, about 10 or so years ago. Yea, how bout u? What scares the pee diddle out of u? LOL!
